Haven't done pushups in a while, but last time I did them I could crank out 100 without too much trouble...the last couple might be poor form, but still.

I can do 65 in a row....But, after that, i'm just beat. I like the idea of doing 20 sets of 20 in a day.

i tested it about 5 minutes ago, i got to about 80 before form went right the hell out the window. i'm deffinetly in favor of the 20 sets of 20, although somwhere around here i have the Navy SPECWAR candidate workout guide that has thing in it about how to get yourself up to doing 100 pushups like its childs play, i'll see if i can find that

Well I am up to Week 2 Day 3 using column three of the hundred push up website. I maxed out at 25 after doing sets of 16, 17, 14 and 14. I did that after my 5 mile run.

here it is, i had to scan it in and attach it, hopefully you can read it, if not, try putting it in photoshop or MS Paint and increasing the zoom. the concept is to basically make your own agenda and stick to it, slowly increasing reps, and it gives a sample regiment, try the sample then modify it depending on how you feel about it.

when doing pushups it helps to turn your hands slowly from facing out to facing in.. you use different muscle groups.
