Missed a nice little buck at 60 yards tonight. Misjudged the distance and shot a couple inches over his back.

Can't wait. Didn't get out more than 3-4 times last year. I plan on having my freezer out in the garage stocked with roosters and venison this winter. Maybe even a grouse or two.

Killed a Cow opening morning Saturday. My buddy shot a bull at the same time too it was one of the best mornings of hunting in my life. Only downside is that they were 5 miles and thousands of feet in elevation from the nearest road so we had to make 3 trips in with frame packs to get them all out. My legs are on fire.
